As a Master Electrician and Electrical & Security Company owner he understands team-building and negotiation experience. Living and working in the Flathead Valley since 2005 Tim has a deep understanding of the different neighborhoods and what they have to offer.

Tim and his wife Brandie who work together and own and operate Trailhead Realty Group moved to the Flathead Valley in 2005 to raise their children in the lake town of Bigfork. Tim grew up in Southern California in San Juan Capistrano where he enjoyed mountain biking, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, surfing, skateboarding and rock climbing later he moved to the mountains of California where he and his family lived in the small idyllic town of Idyllwild where he enjoyed the seasons and hiking. His love for the outdoors has always been a big part of his lifestyle and moving to Montana was on his mind since he was a child in 2005 he made that dream a reality. Tim realized there is no place like Montana to call home. With gorgeous Summer days, and world class skiing and beauty right out the back door, who could blame him?

Tim's love for home, and his down to earth approach to business have naturally propelled him to be a leading real estate professional. Valarie was raised in Montana knowing the Flathead Valley from a young age she brings a wealth of knowledge from school districts to local happenings and hang outs, hiking trails to the different communities and what each has to offer.

Valarie went to college at Portland State University where she majored in Japanese and Secondary Education and Business, upon graduating she uprooted and moved to Japan for two years where she taught English from young children to business executives.

When Covid came about Valarie moved back to Montana and worked for the Historic Izaak Walton Inn starting as a Front Desk Manager and moved up to Assistant General Manager where she fell in love with the hospitality industry and Montana again.

In 2023 she got her Real Estate License and joined the family business part time. Being raised by a mother in real estate and a father in construction she has learned through the years hands on by joining them on showing homes and working side by side on construction sites both aspects of how industries work. Valarie also relates to her generation on what they are looking for in a home and property and what lifestyle they want to achieve. Based in Kalispell, Valarie currently resides in an 1898 home she is remodeling.

Valarie enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, swimming, and reading all with her trusty four legged companion Gizmo who joins her on almost every adventure. The outdoor life is what Valarie is all about she wants everyone to enjoy what the outdoors have to offer and the Montana Life.

Lauren brings a unique combination of analytical thinking, real estate experience, and genuine enthusiasm for the Montana lifestyle to Trailhead Realty Group. Before entering real estate professionally, Lauren built a successful career as an Anesthetist provider, where attention to detail, clear communication, preparation, and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure were simply part of the job. Those same skills now shape the way she represents her real estate clients.

Lauren is also a real estate investor and property owner herself, giving firsthand experience buying, selling, financing, managing, and evaluating property from an owners perspective. She understands that a home is both deeply personal and one of the largest financial decisions most people will make. Her approach is thoughtful, straightforward, and focused on helping clients understand the full picture before making a decision.
